Xintagma Technical provides document viewing capabilities for over 200 common file formats without the need for the native application to be installed on the client machine, including Microsoft Office documents (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook) plus engineering documents/drawings such as AutoCAD, PDF, and many more. Documents and drawings can be shared on the web, with full version control so that there is never any doubt ‘who has got what’ and if all modifications and amendments have been incorporated. It is designed with an extensive set of configurable features that serve to address a wide spectrum lifecycle business processes for almost any type of electronic file. Xintagma Technical is an out-of-the-box drawing and document management solution that grows with your needs. Using familiar tools, it provides a secure and flexible document management system designed to handle practically all document types. It is available in versions to suit all budgets and can be used by a single person, or scaled for multiple users over several departments or networks across an organization. Documents can be booked out for editing and revision control mechanisms ensure document revisions are incremented when documents are booked back in. Should a customized system be required, we are able to provide a complete solution to meet your requirements.
